If you know my son you know that he has an obsession with sticks! Everywhere we go he collects sticks then insists on bringing them home. My back deck has about 10 sticks on it, my car has 7 sticks in the trunk that just couldn’t be left behind, and when I clean his room I usually find at least one stick!

I had originally shot something completely different for this month on film, but due to user error I had to find something else 🙁 .

During our first full day at Elk Lake we had a series of strong storms come through and the first storm caused the backyard to get these huge puddles.  Vivienne and Asher had a wonderful time running through and playing in them before the 2nd of 4 storms hit.
