Mill Creek Park

Today Asher and I went on a walk in downtown Dexter and to the library, it was such a a lovely day to be out and about.  I’m so glad that Asher finally enjoys being in his stroller and going on walks, it was rough for about the first 6 months of his life.

One area of photography I would like to work on is my landscapes.  I don’t take them very often and when I do take landscapes I never feel they are very good.  The only way I can get better is practice so here are a few landscape pictures from our walk.

 

 

 

 

 

46 Weeks

Once again I’m a week behind on posting Asher’s weekly picture, oh well.  I can’t believe I only have 6 more of these to take!  This first year is going by way too fast!

Overnight

On Sunday night Asher had his first sleepover at his Grandpa and Nana’s house.  He did very well.  I on the other hand not so well at times 🙂  I missed my baby!  It was a very nice break and I’m glad to know that he can stay overnight with his Grandparent’s and do just fine.

Asher is getting ready to turn 1 year in November so I’ve been on the lookout for good spots to take his 1 year photos.  Today we scoped out some spots at my parent’s house

and my in-law’s house.  I’m pretty sure this adorable little bench his Grandpa refinished for him will make it in the photos 🙂

Local Metropark

Here are a few photos from our trip to the Metropark last week.  I need to get out soon and take some more photos of the changing colors here in Michigan because every year I kick myself for not doing it.
