I’m thankful for a wonderful husband who is also a wonderful father.

Home
Before I decided to do a Project 365 I had already made the decision to take a photo each day of something I’m thankful for the month of November. It’s a nice kick-off to my project and chance to take time to focus on the many blessings in my life.
I’m so incredibly thankful for this house. Â It is the first place I lived as a married woman. Â It is the place where I brought 2 babies home. Â It is the place that protected Asher and me from a tornado. Â It is the place I feed, play with, and bathe my kids each day. Â It is by no means perfect and at times I wish we had more space but for right now it is perfect and when the time comes for us to move, it’ll be hard because of all the wonderful things that have taken place inside this home.
Project 365 and Halloween Pictures
Today I’m starting a Project 365! The project is a photo a day for the next year, I know it’s going to be a challenge but I’m up for it and am excited to see some growth in my photography with shooting everyday. Â It’s been something I’ve wanted to do for the past few years but haven’t because of the enormity of it and how consumed my life has been with having babies. Â However, I have done a Project 52 (a photo a week) the past two years and have tons of fun doing them. Â Because of the Project 52s I feel I’m now ready to do a 365. Â Stay tuned for lots of pictures in the coming year!
Here are some pictures from Halloween. Â What follows are not some of my best photos but yesterday was not the best day for my kids and they wanted nothing to do with getting their picture taken and I was playing with my off camera flash so I was getting some weird shadows. Â At least the subjects are super cute!
